The Scottish Thoracic Society National Trainee Symposium will be held in person at the Stirling Court Hotel on Tuesday 3 November 2026. Further event details will be announced in due course but please save the date.
Abstract Submission
The Scottish Thoracic Society invite abstract submissions related to Audit & Quality Improvement, Research, Education & Training and Case Reports. Submissions are welcome from Specialty Trainees in Respiratory medicine and Thoracic surgery, IMT/CST/CMT doctors, foundation doctors and medical students with an interest in Respiratory medicine.

The deadline for submission is 9am, Monday 17 August 2026.
Successful abstracts will be invited to present in person to give either an oral presentation or lightning talk. Authors will be notified in September 2026.
